When you start playingDave The Diver, you’ll have the sole objective of getting fish for the Sushi Restaurant so that you can grow it into a viable business. Although, as you progress in the game, you’ll be introduced to the Sea People and learn the reason behind their existence along with their current problems.
Eventually, you’ll meet a couple of these people in a hidden chamber, but you won’t understand what they’re saying. You’ll have to find different items in the Sea People Language Translator mission so that you may progress the story and get to new areas.
How To Find Amethyst
Amethyst will be one of the three items that you’ll need to farm for this quest,and it’s the only one that can be found in the Blue Hole Depths. Once you dive, you’ll find a passage to the depths in the middle and the right side of the hole. The Depths start when you reach 130 meters or lower.
You’ll find purple glowing stones randomly while you swim around in this area. You might have toget past some Tubeworms before you can find one, and you can find a UV Light in a chest nearthe Tubeworm. This light will get rid of the Tubeworm and make passage for Dave.
You’ll need a Pickaxe if you want to farm Amethyst, andyou can easily find one in a yellow chest near the Amethyst itself.
Your Melee weapon gets reset every time you start a new dive, soyou’ll have to get the Pickaxe and the UV Light all over again.
You canget up to three Amethyst ore from one vein, and you can find at least three of them in each run if you explore everywhere.
How To Find The Microphone
You had to destroy the door on a certain yellow shipwreck and defeat a giant squid monster to get the Leahs-Chan figurine for Duff before, andthat’s the same place where you’ll find the required Microphone. The location of this shipwreck always stays the same no matter how many times you dive into the ocean.
To get there, you simply have to go straight down on the far-left side of the hole. You’ll find the shipwreck at around 100-meter depth. Itmight have one of the big fish nearby that you’ll have to defeat before you can go in. Once you enter the shipwreck, you’ll easily find the Microphone since it has a yellow exclamation point on it.
How To Find Sea People Stone Tablet
To get the final item for this quest, you’ll have to head to the far-right side of the hole.Find the Sea People Record Chamber that you initially entered using a bomb. This is located at roughly the same depth as the yellow shipwreck, and it also has an Escape Pod near it and a shark just above it.
As you enter the chamber, the Stone Tablet will be on thefloor just below the Sea People statue in the middle of the room. Once you have all the items, give Dr. Bacon a day to prepare the Translator and you can use it to talk with the Sea People.
